Elect Scott Saxe

Scott Saxe

A new era of leadership in Elk Grove Village begins today.

What Inspires Scott to Do This?

Continuing the legacy of strong leadership in Elk Grove Village and ensuring that we remain a great place to live and work for generations to come.

“I’ve spent the last 20 years in volunteer and leadership roles for non-profits.  Public Service is the natural evolution in my service to others and a meaningful way to be impactful in our community.”

A fresh perspective.  A new voice. A collaborative presence.

An experienced leader, Scott believes in Accountability, Responsibility, and Transparency.

Scott and his wife, Melissa, moved to Elk Grove Village 18 years ago for convenience. They have stayed because of the community.  With the lowest combined property taxes, a responsive government, easy access to transportation, great schools, and a thriving business community, Elk Grove is where they have made their home.

Why now?

The right time to lead and learn.

With the first opening on the Board in over 20 years, this election is the perfect opportunity to learn from the current Board, collaborate with them, and lead the way for the future while maintaining continuity and institutional knowledge.  Change is coming.  I want to be at the forefront of that change.  Not to change direction, but to bring a new perspective, a renewed sense of community engagement, and continued prosperity to our Village.
